as soon as an order is made it will be sent within 1-3 days as soon as payment has cleared. all parcels are sent with a tracking service and also must be signed for upon delivery for the protection of the customer and janosch moldau labels. the tracking number will be provided to the customer via email upon request.

Return Policy

returns are available on all full priced items. if you would like to return your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and you will be sent an email containing instructions on returning the item/garment. items must be sent via trackable delivery within 3 days to be eligible for a return. the returned items must be in their original condition and not worn/used. following this the money will be refunded via paypal. this will not include postage costs, packaging costs or duty paid for the original item. we will not accept returns after the 3rd day of the item being delivered. since we can track delivery on all items, delivery date will be determined by our mail carrier. to request a return, please email us at mail@janoschmoldaurecords.co.uk stating the full reason.
